Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You can launch real loyalty cards during the trial and explore every feature in your plan. If you decide it's not right for your business, just walk away — no charge.
What does "active card" mean?
An active card is a unique loyalty card design you have live for your customers — for example, "Coffee Stamp Card" or "VIP Member Card." The Grow plan includes 3 active cards; the Business plan includes 10. Each card can have unlimited customers signed up — there are no per-customer fees.
Are there per-customer fees?
No. Your monthly fee stays flat no matter how many customers join your loyalty program. Add 100 customers or 100,000 — the price doesn't change. Push notifications are also unlimited and free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Annual billing is paid upfront for the year, and you can choose not to renew at any point before the next billing cycle. We'll send you a reminder before renewal so there are no surprises.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on the Grow or Business plans. The optional Growth Suite add-on includes a one-time $350 setup fee that covers campaign configuration, SMS sender registration, GSM compliance, and full onboarding. After that, it's a flat $97/month with everything managed for you.
How long does setup take?
Suki Card alone (Grow or Business plan): about 15 minutes to launch your first card. Sign up, pick a template, brand it with your logo and colors, generate your QR code, you're live.
Growth Suite add-on: two phases. First, our team builds your six automations — typically 5-7 business days. Second, we register your branded SMS sender ID with local telecom carriers (required in the Philippines, US, and most countries) — 1-2 additional weeks for carrier approval. Total: 2-3 weeks before your first branded SMS goes out. Push notifications and non-SMS automations go live during the first phase. We handle the entire compliance process for you.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Suki Cards plans are billed annually — paid upfront for 12 months. This keeps the per-month price low (think of $12/month as $144 once a year) and removes the friction of monthly invoicing. If annual billing doesn't work for your business, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans. We can also issue invoices for businesses that require purchase orders. International payments are accepted in USD.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-year (Grow to Business, or adding the Growth Suite), we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next renewal so you don't lose anything you've already paid for.
