What is Suki Card?
Suki Card is a loyalty platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It replaces printed paper punch cards with digital loyalty cards that live in your customer’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app download needed. It also provides a free push-notification channel that boosts customer retention, revenue, and your customer base.
How does it work?
It’s 3 simple steps: (1) You design your branded loyalty card and display a QR code at your counter. (2) Customers scan the QR to instantly add the card to their phone wallet — no app needed. (3) You scan their phone at each visit to add stamps/points, and they redeem rewards automatically. You get a dashboard to track visits, send push notifications, and manage your program.
Is Suki Card self-hosted?
No, Suki Card is fully cloud-hosted. You simply log in to our website to manage everything — no hosting, no servers, no technical setup needed.
Are Suki Card features available worldwide?
Yes. Suki Card works on both iOS and Android devices, making it accessible in any region that supports these platforms. Push notifications rely on proximity (approximately 100 meters), but the loyalty card itself works internationally.
How long does it take to set up?
You can have your first loyalty card designed and live in under 10 minutes. Choose from 100+ templates or design your own. Generate your QR code, print it, and you’re ready to start collecting customers.

What types of loyalty cards does Suki Card offer?
Suki Card provides eight digital loyalty card types: Stamp Card (collect stamps, redeem rewards), Cashback Card (earn points as % of purchases), Discount Card (show permanent discount), Membership Card (exclusive member benefits with expiration), Coupon Card (one-time first-visit offers), Reward Card (tiered levels like Bronze/Silver/Gold), Multipass Card (pre-paid visit packages), and Certificate Card (gift certificates).
Can I customize the loyalty cards with my brand's logo and colors?
Yes, fully. You can customize your digital loyalty cards to match your brand identity — add your logo, choose custom colors, upload background images, and write your own reward descriptions.
How do push notifications work?
Push notifications are free and unlimited on all plans. They reach customers whose phones are within approximately 100 meters of your business location — perfect for driving foot traffic from nearby customers. You can send flash sales, promotions, or announcements instantly from your dashboard.
What happens if a customer loses or misplaces their digital card?
Digital cards are stored on the customer’s device and in our system. Customers can register again with the same credentials to retrieve their card. Our support team is also ready to help with any issues.
Can customers leave Google reviews from their card?
Yes. Every Suki Card has a built-in review page inside the customer’s phone wallet. They can tap “Review Now” to leave a Google review directly. You can incentivize this by offering bonus stamps or rewards in exchange for a review.

How much does Suki Card cost?
We have 4 plans: Start ($96/year) for solopreneurs — 1 card, 1 store. Grow ($144/year) for growing businesses — 3 cards, 3 stores, 10 manager accounts. Business ($192/year, best value) — 10 cards, 10 stores, 50 managers, custom fields, API access. Scale & Automate (custom pricing) — everything in Business plus done-for-you automation. All plans include unlimited customers and unlimited push notifications.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free trial to test the platform, create your first card, and see how it works before committing to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts on any plan. If you cancel, your existing loyalty cards continue to work for customers who already have them — we don’t punish your customers for your billing decision.
Do you build the website for me?
Our core focus is the loyalty platform. However, we do offer professional web development services as a separate offering — WordPress sites with Suki Card loyalty integration built in. Packages start at $245.

What is the Growth Suite?
The Growth Suite is our top-tier plan for businesses ready to dominate their local market. We set up everything and manage it for you.
What's the difference between regular plans and the Growth Suite?
Regular plans (Start, Grow, Business) give you the loyalty card platform — you manage everything yourself. The Growth Suite adds done-for-you automation: we integrate your Suki Card with GoHighLevel CRM, build automated SMS campaigns, and manage your customer retention system. You focus on running your business.
How much does the Growth Suite cost?

Can I upgrade from a regular plan to the Growth Suite?
Absolutely. If you’re already using Suki Card on any plan, we can integrate your existing account with the Growth Suite. Your current customers and data stay intact — we just add the CRM and automation layer on top.

Can I integrate Suki Card with other tools?
